skool Holidays

This is the last week of skool for this term.

We have 4 weeks off, this means i will not be posting for a while.

my family and i are going to broome. We will be staying near cable beach.

We will be staying there for 2 weeks. I can't wait.

S.D.C.C vs Darwin

On the weekend we played Darwin,
They won the toss and batted first. At drinks they were 3-46 after 15 overs. So we needed to work hard to keep the runs down. The two spinners came on. Dylan and i each bowled 5 overs. In that 5 overs i got a hat trick leaving my bowling figures 4-2 after 5 overs. And dylans 2-7 after 5.

We bowled them out for 59. I stayed out there for 50 balls and made 24. Then Hayden and Lewis came in and won the game for us. We ended up making 140 runs.

Yesterday palmerston High school versed Singapore.

It is a good chance to verse another country. So yesterday was the perfect oppertunity. The Singapore team was 10 minutes late so we started a bit late. They won the toss and elected to bat. with the crowd on our side we were favourites to win. And we did just that. Our crowd was preety happy we won

N.S.W vs Q.L.D

Tonight is state of origin,

it has nothing to do with cricket but NRL is my second favourite sport.

I go for New South Wales because most of my family comes from there.

My dad and i go for NSW but my mum goes for QLD, at home we usually bet something.

This year if QLD wins i have to go around the school with QLD written on my arm.

I hope NSW wins.

S.D.C.C vs Nightcliff 22nd may 2010

On the weekend we played Nightcliff.

We won the toss and bowled first, at drinks they were 5 for 52 after 15 overs . Jade Thew bowled well and got 4 wickets. Sam also bowled well and he got 3 wickets. they were all out for 90.

So it was our chance to bat, our top order fell quickly only making half the runs. The game was slowly slipping away, untill louis came in and made a quick 22 winning us the game by 3 runs
